Experienced Sales Consultant - Graham Ford

• UP TO $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!!!!!!! Location: Mansfield, Ohio Employment Type: Full-time, 5 Day Work Week, Major Holidays Observed Salary: Aggressive Pay Plan with Unlimited Commissions Potential Commission + Signing Bonus. Our Sales team is able to sell across the board, meaning you will have the largest inventory between Cleveland and Columbus to offer your customers!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers with selecting Ford vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functions
• Negotiate sales and financing options
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Ford models and promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
• Continuously follow up with your customer base

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
• Submit to and pass a pre-employment background screening
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
• A valid driver's license
