Job Description

: We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager role in Pigeon Forge, TN. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial lines coverage, account management, customer service, and insurance-related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

:

• Commercial Lines Coverage and Account Management skills
• Customer Service
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications or licenses in the insurance industry
• Minimum one year of experience in a professional customer service role
• Epic agency management system knowledge is a plus
