Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and appointments efficiently. * Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless operations. * Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders throughout the transaction process. * Support real estate administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications * Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential. * Excellent organizational abilities to manage tasks effectively. * Obtained Real Estate or Property Management License. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive relationships with clients and team members. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.
