Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent sales skills and a passion for cars.

Responsibilities

: - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features of different vehicles - Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and features of different car models - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently Skills: - Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers - Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry - Experience in retail sales or related field is highly desirable - Ability to provide sales support by answering customer inquiries and providing product information - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for both the customer and the dealership - Proficient phone etiquette to handle incoming calls from potential customers - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience``` Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
