We are excited to announce our presence at Short Pump Town Center Mall from September to December, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-oriented representative to join our team. Job Description: We are seeking an outgoing and sales-driven RMU Sales Representative to manage our retail merchandising unit (RMU) at Short Pump Town Center Mall. This full-time temporary position is pivotal in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience while enjoying our cakes. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and maintain the RMU daily. * Sell cakes and engage with customers to drive sales. * Maintain a cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and security. * Promote and sign up customers for our Cake Club. * Encourage customers to provide feedback through our service survey. * Maintain a clean and inviting display area. Qualifications: * Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. * Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting. Compensation: * Competitive hourly wage. * Bonus structure based on the number of guests served, Cake Club signups, and positive customer reviews through our survey. Opportunity for Growth: There is a possibility for the successful candidate to join our bakery team at our store after the temporary position at the RMU ends.
