Stephen Wade Auto Center is looking for highly motivated experienced Car Sales consultants with a desire to succeed. Qualified applicants will build relationships with current and potential customers at the dealership to sell and lease new and used vehicles while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Complete extensive training regarding our bands' product lines * Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features * Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry * Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork * Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales Qualifications: * Automotive sales experience preferred * Highly motivated with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service * Drive to succeed in a highly productive sales environment * Computer proficiency and professional phone skills * Professional appearance * A valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $54,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Saint George, UT 84770 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Saint George, UT 84770: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
