We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Leasing & Marketing Agent to join our team and help drive occupancy and brand growth. LOCATION: Garden City, Idaho HOURLY RATE: $20/hour with quarterly performance-based bonuses JOB CLASSIFICATION AND HOURS: Non-Exempt, Friday through Monday, Monday & Friday: 9 AM to 5:30 PM; Weekend Hours: 10 AM to 4 PM INDUSTRY: Property Management - Leasing & Marketing COMPANY PERKS:

Duties

:

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Manage the full leasing process: applications, screening, lease signing, and move-ins.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of floor plans, availability, and pricing.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and future residents. Marketing

Duties

:

• Promote the property through social media, digital platforms, and community outreach.
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and marketing campaigns.
• Update online listings (e.g., [please apply online] company website, etc.) with accurate and engaging content.
• Collaborate with management to improve visibility and lead generation. Administrative

Duties

:

• Manage phone, email, and in-person inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate resident records and daily activity logs.
• Assist with general office tasks and support the property manager as needed. QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Previous leasing, sales, or marketing experience highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using basic property management software and social media.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• A good balance of technical and managerial skills.
• Able to think analytically, manage multiple priorities (multi-tasking), and maintain correspondence with various contacts.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable Transportation for business-related travel.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
