Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative for our roofing company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
• Maintain etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone and /or in person.
• Roof inspections
• Insurance consulting
• Travel is required for this position to and from customers residence.
• Applicant must have reliable transportation. Experience
• Previous experience in sales is preferred, particularly in the roofing industry but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer engagement.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure is highly valued. Training is provided and being self-motivated is a huge plus.
