Motivational Systems, Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic full-time Sales Assistant for its growing Las Vegas Division. The Sales Administrative Assistant will assist Account Executive's in maintaining current customer base while learning the business and actively contributing to our success. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, organized, have strong communication and marketing skills. Previous signage experience a plus! As the Sales Assistant, You Will * Assist Account Executive's (AE's) with sales tasks including writing proposals, contracts, job orders, credit requests, etc. * Provide administrative and project management support to AE's. * Check status of job orders while maintaining and updating project checklist. * Attend meetings in the office and out in the field. * Interact and follow-up with clients in meetings, on the phone and via email. * Learn the intricacies of our sales operations. * Filing and file organization. * Occasionally answering phones and receive packages. You Have/Are * Associate degree or 2+ years administrative experience with an emphasis in customer service * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong Organizational and planning skills * Detail oriented * The ability to multi-task. * Strong communication skills orally and written. * Passion for Sales and Marketing * Desire to be in the design and sign construction business. * Must be a minimum of 21 years old and have a clean driving record.
