Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our freight forwarding sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions, coupled with strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector. * Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. * Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery. * Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients. * Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. * Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics market. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
