Leasing Consultant The Onyx Hoover Apartments ?? 990 Wisteria Place, Hoover, AL 35216 Are you passionate about helping people find their perfect home? Join our team at The Onyx Hoover Apartments, a premier residential community in the heart of Hoover, Alabama. Were looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to be the face of our community and deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents. ?? What You'll Do: * Greet and assist prospective residents, showcasing available apartments and community amenities * Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish * Maintain accurate resident records and manage lease files * Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach * Handle resident inquiries and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude * Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction ?? What We're Looking For: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive, professional attitude and appearance * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred * Familiarity with property management software is a plus ??
