We are seeking an outgoing Sales Representative to join our Michigan sales team! With beautiful product showrooms in Grand Rapids, Portage, Mount Pleasant, Petoskey and Traverse City, we are the premium window & door partner in the building industry. Our Sales Representatives initiate and maintain long term relationships with builders, architects, designers, and general contractors working primarily on new residential construction in the surrounding Cadillac area. Our company has averaged double digit growth and we continue to expand! This is an outside sales role, so while yes you will have some time in the showrooms demonstrating product, building takeoffs from blueprints, and catching up on all your open projects, the majority of your time will be out driving around the beautiful surrounding Cadillac area calling on new and established customers, attending prospecting events, and checking in on active jobsites. Sound like fun? Experience in the building industry is a plus but absolutely not required as long as you are interested in learning, catch on quickly, and not afraid to get a little dirty on a jobsite (or snowy in the middle of winter!). We are looking for individuals with at least 5 years of previous outside sales experience and have prospecting experience combined with results driven behavior and a competitive spirit.
