Rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville is looking for a FULL-TIME Business Development Representative within the Sales Department. Requirements: Must be DRIVEN to Succeed, Energetic, Self-Motivated, and Effective at Communicating. It is critical that applicants enjoy working with a team and around people. Employment Type and Schedule: Full time, 5 Day Work Week. Closed on Sunday. Pay Expectation: $40,000+ annually Benefits: Medical, Vacation, 401k, etc Job Duties include: * Learning NEW and USED vehicles and product information through formal classes as well as hands-on demos and drives. * Conducting inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages to communicate with customers in order to assist in the selling of vehicles. * Building rapport with large numbers of customers, and genuinely caring about their wants and needs to better assist them. * Working with a team toward a series of common goals. * Potential advancement within the company.
