Position: Leasing Agent Location: Lake Worth, FL Pay: $20/hour Experience: Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Type: Part-time; Temporary Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * HH Staffing* is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team! * Job Description: * Conduct tours of the property and available units for prospective tenants. * Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. * Assist with marketing efforts including online listings and social media. * Guide applicants through the rental application and documentation process. * Prepare and review lease agreements, explaining terms clearly. * Maintain accurate records of leases, interactions, and maintenance requests. * Handle tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally. * Manage lease renewals and notify tenants of upcoming changes. * Coordinate with maintenance staff to fulfill service requests. * Perform property inspections and ensure common areas are maintained. * Position Requirements: * Proficient with property management systems and office software. * Familiarity with leasing and rental processes. * Knowledge of rent collection and late payment procedures. * Strong verbal and written communication. * Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * HH Staffing* does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.
