Job Summary Our rapidly growing dealership is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while dealing with colleagues and vendors. Responsibilities * Assist with daily office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. * Handle incoming calls and inquiries through phone systems, providing excellent customer service. * Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates of files and databases. * Support duties as needed, including customer check-ins and appointment confirmations. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments. * Familiarity with AutoDealer Pro or other auto dealer management systems is a plus. * Utilize Microsoft office 365 for document creation, spreadsheets. Skills * Proficient in office management practices and procedures. * Strong calendar management and time management abilities. * Excellent computer literacy. * Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. * Experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred. * Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication. * Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. * Previous experience at a auto dealership or repair facility is preferred.
