Leasing Agent needed for 156 unit apartment community in South Austin. We are looking for motivated self starter, who wants to create a career and excel with our company. Leasing Agent would tour prospective residents, complete and process application and lease paperwork in order to move in new residents, market the property to bring in new residents, help current residents, accept rent, renew leases for current residents, handle resident complaints/lease violations, etc. Experience with Yardi and/or Tax Credit Program is a plus! Spanish Speaking is a MUST! Job Type: Full-time
