Responsibilities

will include, but not limited:

• Maintain highest occupancy possibility
• Showing perspective tenants
• Handle resident concerns and assist residents with related issues, problem solving, etc.
• Manage caretakers
• Record maintenance requests
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

:

• Must be self motivated
• Multi task
• Ability to problem solve
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience preferred, not required. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week Schedule:
