Required Skills and Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics industry. * Proficiency in managing global B2B accounts. * Knowledge of freight forwarding and import/export business. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Self-driven, results-oriented, and a skilled negotiator. * Outstanding interpersonal skills. * Valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities: * Drive revenue growth and expand our client base. * Engage in proactive cold calling, lead generation, and lead follow-up. * Craft solution-based proposals to address diverse transportation needs. * Consult with existing clients to optimize their shipping and logistics strategies. * Cultivate relationships and secure new clients, especially those unfamiliar with Yamato's services. * Conduct on-site consultations and presentations at clients' businesses. Salary Structure : Negotiable between Fixed Salary or Base + Commission. Commission Schedule : 1st year - 15% for new account, 10% for new business for existing account. 2nd year - 10% for new account, 5% for new business for existing account. Will be house account from 3rd year.
