We are seeking an experienced LEASING CONSULTANT to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 year of leasing experience. We are seeking a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and possesses strong communication skills. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, property efficiency, tenant quality of life, and teamwork. Only candidates with 2 or more years of residential leasing experience will be considered. Salary: $20.00-23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

include:

• Leasing Agent will manage all aspects of the leasing process, including managing the leasing office, tours, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone.
• Assist property manager in al aspect of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations Skills:
• Working experience in property management/ real estate
• Proven track record of successful leasing/management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
• Customer service orientation Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
