Job Summary: The Sales Director for our organization is a strategic leader responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and expanding market share. This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and business development. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy Development * Client Relationship Management * Team Leadership and Development * Sales Operations * Market Analysis and Business Development * Collaboration with Other Departments * Reporting and Forecasting Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * Strong understanding of logistics operations, market dynamics, and industry trends. * Grain Commodity Trading experience required. * Basis Trading Training required. * Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Sales Director or similar leadership role within the logistics or supply chain industry preferred. * Knowledge of AGRIS, preferred. Work Environment & Hazards: * This position requires frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. * Flexible working hours will be necessary to accommodate client needs. * The work environment will vary from an office setting with low-risk exposure to airborne allergens and irritants common in an agriculture setting and grain industry, to client locations where high exposure to common agriculture feed irritants may exist.
