As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of the store. Duties * Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support throughout their shopping experience. * Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations based on their needs. * Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing. * Upsell products by promoting special offers and highlighting features that meet customer needs. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, including bilingual skills being a plus. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers. * Ability to upsell products through effective communication and product knowledge. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
