Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct thorough assessments of potential projects and prepare detailed proposals. * Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve monthly targets. * Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. * Collaborate with the management team to strategize on business development and marketing initiatives. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, particularly in roofing or construction industries * Strong negotiation and customer service skills * Ability to manage accounts and develop business relationships * Familiarity with outside sales strategies and techniques * Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools * Experience in B2B sales and marketing * Excellent communication and analysis skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute: * Oklahoma City, OK 73102 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Oklahoma City, OK 73102: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
