Check out our team in action: [please apply online] Now, Let 's Talk Responsibilities: * Identifying the needs of a school or a non-profit through a consultative style presentation * Walking your customers through the details of our program and explaining how we can help their school or non-profit organization. * Guiding the organizations through the fundraising process with positive coaching and encouragement! * Assisting in business development efforts to help us grow and thrive! * Utilizing Vanilla Soft or similar CRM software for sales tracking * Smiling, a lot! Here 's The Scoop: * Must have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. * Must be able to accurately type a minimum of 35 WPM What We Offer: * Base + commission + bonuses = $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 1st year * Uncapped commission structure * Leads are provided. * Paid training program * Medical, Dental, Vision * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid Holidays * Awesome work-life balance.
