Full Job Description We are looking for extremely driven, motivated, entrepreneurial Business Development Executives to join our team to. This is a commission-only role.This opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in a results- driven environment and want the flexibility of working remotely. Your responsibility will be to achieve assigned sales targets, primarily by identifying and engaging potential clients, introducing them to our products,and establishing relationships that will ultimately result in selling and managing those accounts. Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify, gain access and build relationships with key decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and other lead-generation tools. Outreach: Initiate, compose and send personalised messages to engage prospects and set up meetings. Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships that translate into meaningful and viable selling opportunities. Reporting: report all prospecting efforts, responses, progresses and deal closings to the Sales Manager, using our sales tools. For this role, we are looking for: * Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience or lead generation with a proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. * Self starter, enthusiastic and ambitious. * Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills. * Passion for building relationships and goal oriented. Effective, persuasive communication style. * Ability to generate opportunity by leveraging relationships and producing results. * Ability to handle rejection and success-driven. Why join Us?
