Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with strongAccounts Payable experience in commercial property management? We're looking for a TEMPORARYProperty Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and handling administrative tasks for a multi-property portfolio. Location: Reno, NV Pay: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour Model: Temporary

Key Responsibilities

:

• Process and code invoices across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle invoice coding, purchase order (PO) creation, and work order (WO) management within Yardi.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, dispatch WOs, and ensure timely processing of service requests.
• Respond to tenant emails, assist with general office tasks, and support the property management team.
• Work with Excel and Word to organize and track financial records and property-related documentation. What We 're Looking For:
• Advanced with Yardi (Invoice Coding, PO and WO Creation) is required.
• Commercial property management experience preferred.
• Intermediate to basic Excel proficiency.
• Ability to handle high invoice volumes , especially at the start of the month.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and tenant interactions. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Schedule:
