We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team. We are constantly seeking talented individuals who share our passion for meaningful projects. About Us L&E International is a privately held packaging design and solution provider headquartered in Garden City, NY. We have offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. We aim to offer innovative, eco-friendly packaging solutions that benefit the planet and our clients. We achieve this by providing outstanding design, engineering, material selection, and worldwide manufacturing services for a wide range of clients, including prominent brands and retailers. What You Will Do: The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the coordination and management of communication and programs among our clients, sales representatives, U.S. offices, and our development and production team located in Asia. In addition, our Account Managers are responsible for providing general organizational support to our marketing team. This position is located in Garden City, NY and will report directly to the Global Customer Strategy & Development Initiatives Director. There will be required travel to our customers, predominantly on the West Coast US. Cadence to be determined, but likely once a month. *What You 'll Need: * A minimum of 5+ years of related experience in account management * Organization skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and programs * Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills * To enjoy working as part of a team and look to form strong partnerships * To be a critical thinker, and problem solver and look for ways to improve processes * Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - not required, however would be a nice-to-have * Proficiency with Monday.com project management software Why Work with Us At L&E, we aim to maintain a company culture that is both relaxed and engaging.
