Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Field Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our organization out in the field. This position includes going to properties, taking pictures, taking walk through videos, making lists and suggestions of repairs. This role requires strong communication skills with the team, good with time management, and organization. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve diverse communities. This position is out of the office mostly with a weekly in office team meeting.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with real estate and property management practices is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
