We are currently hiring for an Assistant Property Manager of a large affordable apartment unit located in Atlanta GA . The assistant site manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the day to day site operations which include but are not limited to: Rent Collection Handling Resident concerns Overseeing site staff Reporting to regional manager Work Orders Meeting or exceeding budgets Submitting invoices in a timely fashion and making sure vendors complete their work on time and properly Meet or exceed company standards Prior tax management experience is required.
