In this role, you'll be a key player in our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts for our All Traffic Solutions division in the US and North America. We're looking for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands customer needs, and is motivated to hit goals and grow their career. Key Responsibilities: * Research and identify key opportunities (white space, GTM campaigns, available grant funding, traffic safety initiatives, municipal budgets for traffic calming, etc). * Mine for new contacts through our data mining tools and by leveraging LinkedIn and Google. * Identify key contacts within accounts in your territory. * Use Outreach.io to engage with customers and develop relationships with them. * Create personalized prospecting emails and manage email campaigns. * Present results of prospecting outbound email and call campaigns. * Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce * Occasional travel to trade shows to generate more leads and opportunities. * Partner with our Territory Managers to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills. * Maintain active engagement with new and existing prospects through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our products. * Achieve quarterly quota of qualified opportunities. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or cold calling, with a focus on customer interaction * Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics * Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new tools and software * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * High energy, positive attitude and the ability to take initiative * Comfort thriving within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment * Knowledge of Traffic/Public Safety industry is advantageous * Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred Logix ITS is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment for all employees.
