Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Assistant to join our retail team, selling Level Up Phily's energy services. This role combines sales and marketing, engaging directly with customers to promote and educate them about Level Up Phily's offerings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is driven to achieve sales goals while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in a retail setting to educate and promote Level Up Phily's energy services. * Assist customers in selecting energy plans that best fit their needs. * Drive sales by utilizing effective communication and marketing strategies. * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Level Up Phily's energy products, promotions, and industry trends. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing customer acquisition and retention. * Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. * Provide post-sale support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. * Accurately process transactions and maintain sales records. Qualifications & Requirements: * 1+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to achieve sales targets. * Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed. * Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of energy services or a willingness to learn. * Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is a plus.
