Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience within our retail environment. This is a FACE TO FACE role as we work in big box retailers for our client which is AT&T. You will be responsible for helping customers get set up on new services, upgrades and attending to each and every customer and clients concerns. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be key to your success in this position. This position is an HOURLY based position with the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses. We also do pay weekly!! Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage sales. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services. * Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure an appealing shopping environment. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. * Utilize effective customer service when attending to a customer/client * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Experience in a retail environments is a plus but not required. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in supervising or mentoring staff is advantageous.
