Bronwick, LLC finds top talent for companies that we admire. Currently, we are searching for an experienced Director of Sales in Jefferson, WI or candidates willing to relocate to this area. Our client is a premier fabricator and installer who has been providing custom countertops in Wisconsin and the surrounding Midwest States for over 30 years. They are looking for a high energy sales leader to join their team as a Sales Director. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a rapidly growing company focused on quality, design, and long-term customer experience. The position will be focused on setting clear sales/marketing strategies, and developing the core processes needed to reach short and long-term sales growth objectives, while coaching and managing all aspects of the sales department. This position will take lead on growing the company's top line, and in collaboration with the President, will create a vision for the sales, and target market strategies necessary to drive growth, profit optimization, customer satisfaction, and build a cohesive, high impact sales team. Ideal candidates will have experience within the manufacturing market space, bring experience leading sales teams in a climate of accountability, development, personal growth and reward, and operate comfortably in a sales leadership role requiring both strategic and tactical sales responsibilities. Responsibilities: Revenue - * Front line sales generation, customer qualification, forecasting and sales budgeting * Target market, industry, customer, strategies managing multiple sales channels (direct selling, digital communication) * Execute prospecting & qualification process for all sales activities * Apply sales technologies to increase pace and effectiveness of evaluating opportunities Relationships - * Create, lead with a relationship, customer experience first sales approach * Leverage industry connections to create flexibility in overall sales strategy according to market or economic conditions Estimating - * Guide, and align quotation processes with divisional and company sales strategies * Team Building - * Align hiring focus and development opportunities with necessary sales team structure * Actively motivate, coach, and proactively manage sales team performance expectations and standard * Facilitate team collaboration, reciprocation with operations Requirements: * B.S./B.A. degree * 5 or more years of manufacturing senior sales management experience * Ability to Travel up to 40% * Knowledge in Countertop Management PREFERRED Compensation: * $100,000 base salary with a bonus program * Company Vehicle * Full Benefits IND6 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Application Question(s): * Do you have prior Countertop Management experience?
