Primary job roles are as follows:

• To cultivate leads, links and social selling
• Provide creative solutions to the client
• To turn opportunities into closed sales
• Maintain close relationship with Project Manager to ensure client expectations are met

Responsibilities

: Represent MAXXIT Systems to new prospects in NEW YORK, NY, in the Architectural/Construction industries Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues Effectively open new accounts while growing the brand Manage new accounts Strategize marketing and sales initiatives in order to cultivate leads, links and social selling Provide creative solutions to the client with help of MAXXIT's creative team Keep management informed by submitting activity and/or results reports, projection plans and by attending weekly in office sales meetings, etc.

Qualifications

: At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience Minimum 3 years of Architect Rep and/or Decorative Ceilings sales experience The combination of both inside and outside sales experience is an asset Industry familiarity Valid driver's license and own vehicle Competencies: Enthusiastic, energetic and positive Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong initiative and ability to work well independently as well as in a team Personify strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure Able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
