Shifts Available: 9:00 AM - 4 PM (Front Desk) 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Facility Assistant) 2:45 PM - 10:30 PM (Front Desk) 4:15 PM - 10:30 PM (Facility Assistant) We are looking for someone with a strong background in Customer Service and a warm, outgoing personality! Responsibilities - * Be the face of the spa and provide excellent customer service for float guests. * Follow opening/mid/closing shift duties/checklists. * Answer phone calls and emails. * Conduct a small guided tour. * Setup and start float session on time. * Check clients in & out, including taking payment. * Maintain cleanliness of the spa; including front desk, oasis room, intro video room, prep room, bathrooms, pods, spa suites and back room. * Maintain laundry. * Speak to guests, get to know them.
