We are seeking a Video Monitoring Sales Executive with 1-2 years of sales experience to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves the sale of video monitoring services and various equipment required to provide clients with video monitoring services. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background combined with hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring and security systems. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients for CCTV monitoring services and security solutions. Conduct technical demonstrations and explain the benefits of remote monitoring and surveillance solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales. Provide after-sales support to existing clients to maintain customer satisfaction. Work closely with the technical teams to ensure seamless monitoring setup and issue resolution. Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. Track and record prospective client outreach to calculate performance. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and customer retention targets. Qualifications * Proven negotiation and customer service skills * Experience in outside sales and account management * Strong background in business development and B2B sales * Familiarity with CCTV technology and related sales processes * Proficient in Salesforce and technical sales strategies * Ability to conduct product demos and cold calling effectively * Excellent analytical skills and sales management experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Las Vegas, NV 89032
