Job Overview We are seeking an aggressive sales person with experience in selling steel fabricated components, tube fabrication and weldments. We are a high energy company that offers competitive pay, excellent benefits and an opportunity for growth. We currently have customers in the mid-south, mid-west and eastern United States. All territories are open for development. Travel is required to include automobile and air travel as well as overnight stays. Salary based on experience. Responsibilities * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives. * Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and convert them into customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication. * Analyze customer requirements to provide effective product demonstrations and solutions. * Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and addressing any customer inquiries or issues. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Proficient in lead generation techniques and account management strategies. * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
