TEAM LEAD / MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage roofing projects from start to finish from sales and insurance claims to project management/installation * Lead sales staff and oversee quality control * Supervise job sites and crews throughout the installation/production process * Oversee all sales activities including, setting up appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts. Run appointments/consultations throughout the week. * Perform estimates and inspections * Starting the insurance claim, reading insurance scopes, invoicing, and collecting payment * Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers * Track sales and projects in our CRM * Uphold the company's core values TEAM LEAD / MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of residential roofing sales and installation experience * Have a valid driver's license and vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites * Must be willing to work weekend (primarily Saturday as needed) * Ability and willingness to travel locally (roughly 2 hours within your area) * Commitment towards personal and TEAM success Candidates with experience in these roles are great fits for this job: * Roofing Sales/Production Leaders, Roofing Production Managers, Roofing Installation Managers, Roofing Project Managers, Roofing Field Managers, etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Omaha, NE 68104 (Required) Work Location: In person
