Job Summary

We're looking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Representatives. You'll play a key role in helping customers find the right wireless products and services while delivering a friendly and informative in-store experience. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Recommend wireless products and services based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Keep up with current promotions, devices, and industry trends
• Process transactions and accurately set up customer accounts
• Provide top-notch customer support and resolve any concerns
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize results

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong interest in wireless technology and digital solutions
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
