WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * Knock doors and generate leads in storm-affected areas * Talk with homeowners and explain how we can help * Learn to inspect roofs, write estimates, and guide customers through insurance claims * Meet adjusters, sign contracts, and close deals * Keep detailed notes in our CRM (we'll teach you) * Work directly with a team that's got your back and wants you to succeed WHAT WE OFFER: * Full training--we'll turn you into a roofing sales machine * Strong base salary (DOE) + commission on gross sales * First-year earnings potential: $60K-$100K+ * Fast track to $150K+ with top performance * 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance * Paid time off * Weekly team huddles and mentorship * You'll learn a trade, sales, insurance, and life skills all in one role REQUIREMENTS: * Clean driving record and reliable transportation * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights * Comfortable being outdoors and on roofs * Willingness to learn and be coached * Available to work evenings and weekends if needed (when customers are home!)
