Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, and building long- lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyze client requirements, and a passion for sales. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they can better serve our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide expert advice on various insurance products and services.
• Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processing.
• Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in retail sales or sales administration.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
