Founded in 1965, Wilkinson Supply Company is a 3rd generation family owned and operated company with 5 locations in Raleigh, Durham, Carrboro, Wilson & Fayetteville, North Carolina. Wilkinson is considered the Triangle region's leading distributor of plumbing supplies, luxury plumbing fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, lighting & hardware. We're looking for an experienced and motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales - Kitchen and Bath Showroom rep to grow our presence in the A&D community. This job is Monday - Friday with the occasional half day on Saturday. Why Wilkinson? What You 'll Do: * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals. * Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. * Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including features, benefits, and applications. * Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. * Project Management: Collaborate with clients to manage projects from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Collaboration: Work closely with showroom staff, vendors, and management to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service What You Bring: * Industry experience - if you know plumbing, appliances, lighting, and/or hardware, you'll thrive here. * Confidence & communication skills - You'll be working with high-end clients and industry pros. * Self-starter attitude - You know how to build relationships and close deals. * Presentation skills - Comfortable speaking at events and educating clients on products. * Organized & proactive - You keep track of details and follow through on commitments.
