• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn about HVAC systems and equipment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
• Sales Negotiation Skills: Ability to close sales and negotiate contracts.
• Skills
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in business development or technology sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes, including product demos and retail sales techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
