Job Overview We are seeking a Comfort Advisor to join our dynamic team. No Hvac Sales Experience Required. Skills and Qualifications: * Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or a related field. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers. * Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences. * Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn about HVAC systems and equipment. * Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and tasks effectively. * Sales Negotiation Skills: Ability to close sales and negotiate contracts. * Skills * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components. * Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. * Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. * Experience in business development or technology sales is a plus. * Familiarity with inside sales processes, including product demos and retail sales techniques. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. * A proactive approach to identifying market trends and customer needs.
