Dominion Realty is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Property Manager to lead the winning team at Stafford Pointe Apartments in Plainfield, IN. Stafford Pointe is a 2 phased, 378 unit conventional community with a long history of excellence. The ideal candidate will continue that trend while managing an onsite team with a combined 70+ years experience! Qualified Applicants:

• Must have at least five (5) years of residential property management experience.
• Must have strong communication and people management skills.
• Must be very organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Must demonstrate strong financial and analytical abilities.
• Must have the ability and motivation to work independently. Experience in Realpage products, including OneSite a plus. WE OFFER: Competitive Salary Full benefit package Paid training Renewal and Move-in Bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
