Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and account management, with a focus on upselling and negotiating to meet client needs. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Engage in cold calling to identify potential clients and introduce our products/services. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets. * Manage a designated territory, ensuring market coverage and customer satisfaction. * Perform lead generation activities through networking, referrals, and market research. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on progress. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or related fields is preferred. * Strong skills in cold calling, business development, and account management. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Experience in lead generation and territory sales management is a plus. * Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape analysis. * Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
