Key Responsibilities: * Engage with potential customers in various outdoor locations to promote and sell AT&T's products and services. * Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Present and explain the benefits and features of AT&T offerings in a friendly and professional manner. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and generate referrals. * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. * Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; outside sales experience is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Positive attitude and enthusiasm for meeting new people and promoting great products.
