Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with potential customers in various outdoor locations to promote and sell AT&T's products and services.
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Present and explain the benefits and features of AT&T offerings in a friendly and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and generate referrals.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; outside sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for meeting new people and promoting great products.
