Responsibilities * Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to customers in retail environments. * Communicate product features and benefits clearly to drive customer interest and sales. * Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize product placement strategies. * Operate cash registers accurately during transactions, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers. * Collaborate with team members to maintain stock levels and ensure product availability. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone, providing information and support as needed. * Leverage bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, enhancing overall customer experience.
