Overview You are considering to apply to a Venue & Event company and We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role is essential in driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers in a retail environment, particularly from the moment clients come to tour the property. If you have experience in sales, are not afraid to talk, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you! Duties * Assisting in planning and executing various events. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct Tours to showcase features and benefits. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with pricing strategies. * Maintain high standards of phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales. * Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. * Oversee event setup and successful execution. * Negotiate event contracts with clients. * Work with Event Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * Ability to sell products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
