Overview You are considering to apply to a Venue & Event company and We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role is essential in driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers in a retail environment, particularly from the moment clients come to tour the property. Duties * Assisting in planning and executing various events. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct Tours to showcase features and benefits. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with pricing strategies. * Maintain high standards of phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales. * Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. * Oversee event setup and successful execution. * Negotiate event contracts with clients. * Work with Event Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. * Ability to sell products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
