RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide information about insurance products and services. * Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. * Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. * Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
