Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and promoting our products. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable information about products, including conducting product demos when necessary. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a Retail and Apparel environment. * Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient transaction processing. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interaction with customers and team members. * A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products to enhance overall sales performance.
